Order Form

I accept payment by cash, cheque, or money order. At this time I do not accept payment by credit card. All funds must be in US dollars and cheques and money orders must be payable on a US mainland bank. Domestic orders are shipped by media mail and insured.

Foreign orders are sent Global Priority and are not insured (too expensive). All shipments are usually made within a few days.
